• Oversee a high-volume portfolio of complex litigation matters, monitoring case status, deadlines, filings, hearings, and key milestones from initiation through resolution.
• Conduct regular case reviews with attorneys and support staff, maintaining action plans, status reports, litigation trackers, and other case management tools.
• Coordinate litigation workflows, proactively identifying scheduling conflicts, bottlenecks, and potential risks to ensure matters remain on track.
• Manage critical deadlines, court dates, discovery schedules, trial preparation, and filing requirements across multiple jurisdictions while collaborating with docketing and legal support teams.
• Facilitate delegation and follow-through of assignments among attorneys, paralegals, and legal support professionals, ensuring timely completion of deliverables.
• Prepare and distribute matter status updates, deadline reports, and action-item summaries while supporting practice group operations and resource planning.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required, along with 8+ years of litigation case management, senior litigation support, or related law firm experience; experience with complex litigation, strong knowledge of court procedures, and exceptional organizational, communication, and project management skills are highly preferred.
